Former 45th president of the United States of America, Donald Trump was impeached for the second time on January, 13th 2021. His impeachment trial began on, February 9th 2021. Some conservative members of Congress are arguing that impeaching a now private citizen is unconstitutional. However, other members of Congress disagree and argue that since he was the president at the time of the impeachment the charges should still stand. Although no final decisions have been made the House impeached Trump over one article in the Constitution- incitement of insurrection.
